coordinating and commercial skills.
Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, your main task will be to create value for our customers through professional service and outreach. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction in the daily dialog and actively contribute to creating new business opportunities through your follow-up and ability to pave the way for new customer meetings.
You will work closely with our internal sales and marketing department and you will be a key part of our growth strategy and continued success in existing and new business areas. Your primary place of work will be at our office in Vojens.
Your responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide professional support
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Support the sales department with administrative tasks and quoting
Contribute to upselling through needs assessment and advice
Identify new opportunities and contact potential customers by phone
Contribute to booking meetings for our sales reps and following up on leads
You have
Experience in customer service, telemarketing, meeting booking or telesales
Good communication and negotiation skills
The ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Strong positive drive and the desire to develop customers and surroundings
Experience with sales/order systems and Microsoft Office
Perhaps industry experience from the transport packaging/plastics industry - or from some of our key customer segments
