FRIES TECHTRAY

FRIES Techtray is a workpiece carrier that increases safety and efficiency in industrial component cleaning and internal production logistics. For optimal cleaning in highly sensitive areas such as metalworking, optics, medical technology, mechatronics, microelectronics or precision mechanics, Techtray combines the advantages of a plastic workpiece carrier with the design of a metal wire base.

The Techtray plate is adapted to the standard Schaefer-2 fittings in cleaning systems and transport boxes. This way, Techtray can be used in standard racks, compartmentalized racks or as a separate item carrier.

Rotary and plug pins can be flexibly mounted on the Techtray plate connection system without the use of tools. Components are positioned accurately and precisely and protected from dents and scratches.

Length and cross adjustment is possible within a 9 mm grid. Partition heights of 28, 42, 69 and 96 mm are available. The bottom and partitions have sufficient openings for thorough rinsing and drying.
