We are currently looking for a customer service representative with a strong aptitude for coordination and business.

Job description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to create value for our customers through professional service and proactive outreach. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction in your daily interactions and for actively helping to generate new business opportunities through your follow-ups and ability to pave the way for new customer meetings.

You will work closely with our internal sales and marketing department and you will be a key part of our growth strategy and continued success in existing and new business areas. Your primary place of work will be at our office in Vojens.

Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide professional support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Assist the sales department with administrative tasks and preparing quotes
• Contribute to upselling by identifying customer needs and providing advice
• Identify new opportunities and contact potential customers by phone
• Help our salespeople schedule meetings and follow up on leads

You have

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, appointment scheduling, or telephone sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to build trust and long-lasting customer relationships
• Highly positive drive and desire to develop customers and surroundings
• Experience with sales/order systems and Microsoft Office
• Perhaps industry experience from the transport packaging/plastics industry – or from some of our primary customer segments
